The NOMA Group has been operating a licensed Full Service Property Management Company since 2009 and is based out of Scottsdale Arizona. The company specializes in vacation rentals in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and the surrounding areas. 

Our philosophy for managing vacation rental management is that we only earn when our clients earns. There are no consultation or setup charges.  We are confident in our ability to provide the owner with a good revenue stream from a property and hence also earn reasonable management fees for our services. Our fess are a percentage of gross revenues. 

We have skilled full time professionals managing the reservations and ensuring that our guests leave with a great experience. We are a premiere partner with HomeAway and have properties listed as Airbnb plus. 

We continuously monitor the nightly rates for our properties and likewise compare them with other competitive properties. Our booking calendar is synchronized across various booking platforms. We ensure that all guests carry damage protection insurance. Our cleaning crew is equipped with updated state-of-the art software tools to ensure that we are consistent in our service and have documented any issues uncovered when a guest moves-out. We strive to protect our client’s investment in both the property and furnishings.

We offer free consultation service to prospective clients and prepare a market analysis of the revenue potential of a property. Our professionals will help prepare the property for generating the maximum revenues while keeping a tight control on costs and investments. Our focus is to do our best to ensure that our clients have the best possible ROI on their properties. 

Our back office staff provide accounting services and manage any field maintenance requests. We have a crew of repair personnel through our sister company that specializes in home repairs and home remodeling.  This allows us to keep a tight control of costs by using lower cost personnel for services that do not require a licensed professional. An example is the use of a lower cost handyman instead of a licensed plumber for smaller maintenance issues.
